“I do not think I would be sitting here, writing this review in our dream home had it not been for Jennifer. Coming from out of state, we needed someone attentive and trustworthy to represent us throughout the process. She did not disappoint. Our transaction had many hiccups, and she handled everyone so gracefully. Our house received their first bid the morning we viewed it. As we braced for a bidding war, she sat with us and added her professional opinion given the market. Once our offer was accepted, the next hurdle was to sell our condo. We needed a couple of extensions, and Jen made sure every communication was both timely and properly conveyed. The new house was our first to have a septic system and well water. With a negative water inspection, she informed us on what the report signified, and how to rectify the matter timely (and we re-tested prior to closing with a positive water inspection!). Our last hiccup – a bank error could have cost us the house. Instead, she made sure she provided assistance, and ensured that we were not headed to homelessness. Though closing was delayed by one business day, we closed and could not be happier. If Jen was licensed in Massachusetts (she is now!), she would have represented us in both the sale of our condo and the purchase of our new home. We were so lucky to have Jen helping us and will be eternally grateful. Jen provided us with key information, vital deadlines, and remainders throughout the entire process. My wife and I first met Jen while she was conducting an open house at the beginning of our search for a townhouse in Southern NH. And while we were immediately struck by her professionalism and knowledge, we were even more impressed with the obvious personal interest she took in doing right by her client. She also demonstrated admirable patience when we made a fairly amateurish offer (we were lifelong MA residents and not represented by a broker at the time).
