Her real estate journey was a natural transition from working in the Hospitality industry for over 25 years. Joan carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does.

Joan is a New Hampshire native, resided in the Boston and the North Shore area of MA for 25 years and now lives in Pelham NH with her family.  As a resident of Pelham, a thriving and growing NH community along the MA border, Joan has a good understanding of the communities she serves which enables her to provide valuable insights to her clients.

When she is not helping others find their perfect homes, Joan enjoys spending time with her family skiing, camping and attending sporting events. Joan is a dedicated soccer Mom and enjoys planning and coordinating events for her son’s team.
