work with clients to help them buy, sell, or rent properties allows Kate to combine her passion with her
desire to help others find their perfect home or investment.

Although real estate is a side hustle for Kate, she approaches it with the same dedication and
commitment as a full-time career, always making herself available and approachable to ensure her
clients feel supported every step of the way. She thrives on the challenges it brings, whether it's
navigating the complexities of the market, negotiating deals, or ensuring that every detail aligns to
create a smooth transaction. Most of all, she loves spending time with clients during their search for

Kate also has side hustles as the host of the “People, Place, & Purpose” podcast sharing stories of
businesses owners and entrepreneurs around the world, teaching yoga, leading HealthForce NH
focused on health care workforce challenges in the state, and is passionate about being involved in the
community as a volunteer. Kate is a native of Canterbury and owns her own home in Manchester.
