Kathy Boot

Since 1999 Kathy has had the Pleasure of Guiding Clients through the Buying and Selling Process in New Hampshire.. 

Kathy is a former elementary school teacher in Florida.  

She managed a Morgan Horse Breeding Farm in Connecticut. 

Kathy became part of an Equestrian Lesson Program & Therapeutic Riding Program in New Hampshire.

She worked with an Olympic Dressage competitor. 

Her first hand knowledge of farms and barns is a plus.

Kathy brings the skills of observation, listening and follow through to each transaction. 

She is on the Temple Land Use Committee and the Historic District Committee.  She is an avid gardener, rides horses, motorcycles, walking in the mornings and bicycling on the beautiful rail trails in NH.  

Kathy has officially teamed up with long time associate, Buddy Pope.  Together they are able to service you with professionalism and care while giving you the gift of quality time during the buying and selling process.

Kathy is available to help you in all aspects of buying and selling whether it is the freedom of condominium living, a neighborhood setting or a farm that fills your dream.
