Katie has been a REALTOR for nearly 25 years helping buyers, sellers and investors make good decisions about real estate that fit THEIR needs. She is a strong believer in education and is a dedicated lifelong learner and has achieved many certifications and education programs well beyond ordinary requirements. She believes in serving not only her clients, but her fellow REALTOR community by having served on the Board of Directors and committees of her local REALTOR board as well as serving her community through volunteer and fundraising activities.

Katie has developed special real estate and interpersonal skills in assisting homeowners facing difficult life situations such as a financial hardship, divorce or the death of a family member and delivers compassionate, honest but firm guidance. She recognizes that older adults and their extended families, whether close by or long distance, have unique needs and requirements, and Katie has a resource team to assist with home organizing, decluttering, liquidating belongings as well as staging services.
