“There are no words to express how grateful we are that we had Laura O'Leary on out team during what was a very out of the ordinary process buying out second home during a pandemic. New Hampshire is a large state and we didn't have much of a limitation of how far we were willing to if the house was right for us. Laura was always on board and went well beyond her typical radius. If we wanted to see a house she made it happen. During our adventurous search we came across on that we just knew was the one we wanted. There was a tree that was blocking a path to the back side of the property but we were running late for another showing. After leaving I couldn't let go that we didn't move the tree because there was an elderly couple whom lived there at the time. At the end of our long day of looking at houses Laura followed us all the way back to that home and helped me and my husband remove this tree so that it wasn't in the elderly couples way. That was just the beginning. Laura is beyond dedicated to her clients. She went above and beyond from beginning to end. She made sure we stayed on top or our deadlines and always helped way beyond her job description. Laura was always looking out for our best interest and even if she felt we didn't want to hear something she was always up front and honest but stood by whatever we chose to do. I could go on and on.
