There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on the upper level and 1 bedroom and laundry room on the lower level. The laundry room has space to add a ½ bath. A new leach field was installed in December 2023. Mountain View Drive is maintained year-round for winter sports and activities too. Portsmouth, Portland and North Conway are all within an hour drive.
